Day 01: SIEM REAP-ARRIVAL

Up on arrival at Siem Reap International Airport, meet our tour guide and transfer to hotel in town for check in, free and leisure time by the hotel swimming pool. Overnight at hotel in Siem Reap

Day 02: SIEM REAP-KOULEN MOUNTAIN (Trek 15km)

After breakfast at hotel, we drive out of Siem Reap town straight in direction to the north, in about 1 hour latter we arrive at the foot of Koulen Mountain, the starting point for hiking up the mountain by a concrete stair case of about 700 steps. Hike up for 3 km we stop at a sacred place called Buddha toes , after that we continue hiking about 500m along mountain slop through forest on a single trail, until we arrive at the river of the thousands lingas and other Hindu gods and deities carved out of the riverbed stones. Kulen mountain was the first Royal Capital city of Siem Reap in the year 802AD. The capital was called HAHENDRAPURA, home of the Hindu gods. Here we spread out our picnic lunch and enjoy eating near to those ancient carvings. After lunch, we can relax and take a swim in this sacred river or explore more carvings along this river. Later in the afternoon we prepare our camping site. Overnight in the tent by the river. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 03: KOULEN JUNGLE EXPLORING (Trek 20km)

After breakfast we pack up and then continue by trekking on foot to the grand reclining Buddha and then continue on our trekking deep into the jungle of the Kulen mountain. Visit 3 hidden temples in the jungle where few tourists could have been here and we see also the bat cave. Overnight in tent around the hidden jungle temple. Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner

Day 04: KOULEN JUNGLE-BENGMEALEA –SEIM REAP (Trek 18km)

After breakfast at our camping site, get ready for the last day of our jungle trekking. Today we will see another temple deep in the jungle and appreciate the treasure of the jungle. We start going down to catch up with the driver and drive  10 minutes to another amazing hidden forest temple, the Beng Mealea Temple. Late afternoon drive back to Siem Reap.  Overnight in Siem Reap. Day 5: SIEM REAP – DEPARTURE

Transfer to airport for departure flight. End of services. (B)

Today, in the morning, we visit Angkor Wat temple – one of the largest religious monument of the world. We marvel around the temple seeing the bas-reliefs and carving depicting the different stories of the Hindu God and Hindu deities. We hike inside the forest surrounding the temple till we arrive at the main gate on the western side. We then get on the elephant and take a short riding on the elephant from the Angkor Wat temple to the Bayon temple through a nice road flanked with huge trees along the way...

After breakfast, we’ll be picked up at the hotel and transferred to Phnom Kulen National Park for our trek. We start at the base of Mount Kulen, first ascending stairs to a breathtaking panoramic lookout point. We then continue our trek to visit the riverbed carvings in the “Valley of 1000 Lingas” (dedicated to the God Shiva) along the Stung Kbal Spean River.
