Amansara Resort

A culmination of five centuries of Khmer civilisation, Angkor reveals the cultural traditions of Cambodia in one of the world?s most remarkable ancient archaeolical parks.

A tranquil base from which to discover these historic treasures, Amansara is located 10 minutes from the entrance to Angkor. Formerly King Norodom Sihanouk?s guest house, the 24-suite resort has the ambience of a private home. Facilities include two swimming pools, roof terrace, library, bar and a uniquely designed circular dining room with seven-metre high ceiling and walk-in wine cellar. Temple weary feet will welcome soothing in Amansara?s spa where four treatment rooms offer massage and beauty treatments drawing on traditional Cambodian techniques.

Three nights in a Suite are inclusive of daily breakfast and choice of either lunch or dinner, non-alcoholic beverages, house wine, house talks and twice-daily house tours to Angkor?s array of temple ruins with guide and driver in a remork (moped-powered trishaw). Unwind with a relaxing one-hour massage for two persons per stay. Guests also enjoy sunset drinks at Srah Srang, the 10th century "royal bathing pool" within Angkor Park.
